Bluetooth® Wall Mounted Infrared
Forehead Thermometer
The BWell Bluetooth® Wall Mounted Infrared Forehead can be used to conduct contact-less body and surface temperature measurements.
Environmental changes can affect the accuracy of temperature readings
Before use, allow for significant air temperature changes to settle for 30 minutes. Wait at least 30 minutes after strenuous exercise before taking a temperature reading. Do not wear a hat and make sure there is no hair, sweat, or makeup on your forehead while taking temperature readings.
Setup the power:
The thermometer comes equiped with a removable rechargable 18650 3.7V Lithium battery. The battery is recharged via the Micro USB connection, which can also be used as the main source of power if the battery can not be replaced.
1. Before operation, remove the mounting plate by sliding it down and lifting it clear.
2. Open the battery door on the back by pressing and sliding the ridged texture to the left until it clicks. You may need an implement or finger nail to pull it free from here.
3. Using your implement or the corner of the battery door, carefully pry and remove the included battery to check that it is clean and that no damage has occured.
4. Replace the battery as you found it, flat side against the retainer spring, and close the battery bay door by replacing it on the left and sliding it right until it clicks.
